  • Do you offer pickup and delivery services?

    Yes. You can schedule pickup and delivery online or through the Laundry 365 app. We pick up, wash, dry, fold, and deliver your laundry back fresh.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    We are open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

  • What payment options do you accept?

    We accept LaundryWorks cards, credit and debit cards, cash, coins, and supported mobile payments, including Venmo and PayPal.

  • Do you sell detergent or fabric softener on-site?

    Yes. Detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase in-store.

  • Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

    Yes, free Wi-Fi is available for customers while they wait.

  • Can I leave my laundry unattended while washing or drying?

    Customers may step away during wash or dry cycles, but Laundry 365 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We recommend checking on your laundry regularly.
